Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of customer service, maximize financial offerings, and protect the legal and financial welfare of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate customers' credit applications and financial situations to determine eligibility for subprime or standard financing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions specializing in subprime and prime financing.
Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers.
Guide customers through the financing process, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options in a clear and understandable manner.
Collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the financing process.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing terms or agreements.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
Support the efforts of the Sales and Finance departments to ensure success through our financial products and services.
