Responsibilities
Provide overall employment relations leadership and advice
Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, programs and services
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management and employee communications in a unionized environment

Qualifications
University Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
CPHR designation considered an asset
Minimum 5 years of recent relevant experience including building policies and programs related to talent acquisition, development and retention and advising on strategic workforce planning
