We are seeking a unique individual to accept the challenges of a fast paced and challenging customer-centered service environment as a Mitigation Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule jobs and crew members
- Create scope of work for jobs
- Supervise crew members and delegate tasks
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain profit margins by managing project resources
- Documentation of jobs
- Communicate with other managers and insurance adjusters
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors
- Follow all health and safety requirements

Job Requirements:
- Driver's license with clean record
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a mobile phone
- Pass a pre-employment criminal record check
- Be available to take on call shifts in a rotation with other managers
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude and appearance at all times
- IICRC certification helpful but not required
- Experience in cleaning and restoration helpful

Compensation:
- Base annual salary starting at $65,000-$75,000 based on experience
- Bonus structure available
