Calico Gymnastics is a Non-Profit organization that delivers both recreational and competitive gymnastics training and supports over 200 individuals in Humboldt and surrounding area.

Calico Gymnastics is looking to add a Dynamic leader to our team that aligns with our values.  This person will report directly to the board of Directors.
The Office Manager will be a leader in all things related to the operations of the club - you DONOT need gymnastics experience.
The Office Manager will be the go-to person for all things operationally.

Duties will include:
Preparing monthly reports and communication for the board of directors.
Managing all communication between the club and our membership that supports transparency.
Managing daily operations of the club as required to run a successful organized non-profit.
Managing the volunteer schedule and maintain good communication with club members.
Managing all fundraising for the club with regular clear communication to members.  
Program administration for both recreational and competitive programs - collection of fees and fundraising requirements (you will work closely with the Head Coach in this area).
Marketing and promoting the club through management of all social media channels and website and other forms of promotional activities.

Qualifications:
Must be self-driven leader with excellent communication skills.
Stong accountability and ownership of the success of the club.  
Office administration diploma (experience in this area will also be considered).
Experience in non-profit organization will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of booking keeping using quick books, and account administration.
Knowledge of payroll management.
Ability to learn new technical applications.
Excellent organizational skills.
Desire to learn and take on special projects as they arise.
