Overview
The Saskatchewan Research Councils (SRC) Rare Earth Element Division has a career opportunity for a Plumbers/Pipefitters to support the construction, commissioning and operations for SRCs Rare Earth Processing Facility. There are permanent and term positions available with the possibility of extension.

Accountabilities
    Install, repair and maintain process piping for heating, water, process fluids and drainage systems for SRCs REE facility
    Interpret drawings, 3D models and specifications to determine layout of the installation and materials required
    Ordering materials required for the project scope
    Participate in commissioning and testing of piping systems and process equipment
    Coordinate process pipe welding/fitting with   third-party contract welding vendor

Qualifications
    Certified Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber or Pipefitter
    Five to Seven years industrial or commercial experience
    Valid Class 5 drivers licence

Skills
    Team player with effective interpersonal communication skills
    Flexible and adaptable; ability to adjust to shifting assignments
    Strong troubleshooting skills

The chosen candidate will be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
