Job Order Detail

Description

-Answer incoming calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries
-Book loads for our customer and dispatch appropriately to available drivers
-Plan trips and coordinate with Dispatch Team
-Dispatch drivers on planned trips
-Ensure Drivers are provided with all information that is required
-Request custom documents, POD's and/or any other paperwork as required
-Be able to make changes on the fly as needed to cover all trucks and loads
-Monitor and track all pickup and deliveries and notify customers in a timely manner
-Engage with drivers constantly and follow up on planned routes, pickups and deliveries
-Notify and communicate with our customers regarding the status of their load or any delays on  a regular basis
-Be able to troubleshoot and multitask to resolve any issues that may occur
-Must be a team player and able to work in a very fast-paced environment
-Maintain accurate records of all communication and activities
-Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
