Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual or mature couple to join our team as a part-time live-in grounds keeper and house keeper. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful and clean living environment, both inside and out.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Grounds Maintenance:
- Mowing lawns
- Trimming edges
- Hedge maintenance
- Weeding and cleaning flower beds
- Sweeping walkways
- Washing exterior surfaces
- Raking leaves

Housekeeping:
- Vacuuming floors
- Mopping floors
- Washing surfaces
- Dusting furniture and fixtures
- Tidying up living spaces

Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds keeping and housekeeping
- Strong references to demonstrate reliability and skill
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- No smoking, no pets, no parties, and no children allowed on premises
- Flexibility with hours, which will vary based on the season

Compensation:
- Competitive pay above minimum wage
- Payment based on experience, skills, and references
