Position Overview:
The Prairie Painter is seeking skilled and motivated professional painters to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
    Prepare, clean, and repair interior and exterior surfaces for painting.
    Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
    Safely use ladders and scaffolding; must be comfortable working at heights.
    Drive and maintain company vehicles.
    Collaborate with team members to understand project scope and ensure quality completion from start to finish.

Qualifications:
    Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience is required.
    General construction experience, physical fitness, and a positive attitude are valuable assets.
    Must hold a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
    Ability to work safely and efficiently in various conditions and environments.
