The Position:
We are looking for full time Truss Estimator/Designer to produce roof & floor truss placement layouts conforming to current practices & codes.  Employer is willing to train the right individuals.  Advancement is available to individuals who are reliable and show good work ethic.  We value team work and capacity to develop.  Our people are always looking & striving for ways to improve.
The Duties:
    Designing individual truss and beam components ensuring proper load transfer
    Generate estimates for residential & commercial projects
    Working with customers, co-workers, and construction personnel to discuss projects or resolve problems.

    Diploma in Architectural/Engineering Technolgy required, although may be substitued with technical training or industry knowledge
    Minimum of 2 years of design experience in the truss industry
    Experience with Mitek &/or Revit software would be an asset
    Strong math skills including architectural units, franctions, and basic geometry
