Globe Theatre is seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and attentive individual to join the Globe team on a full-time permanent basis. The Company Manager supports and facilitates the artists involved in productions and any other ancillary activities, as well as providing administrative support for Globe Theatres Board of Directors. The Company Manager reports directly to the Director of Production (for artist related activities) and the Executive Director (for board related activities), with additional communications with the Artistic Director. This job requires some evening and weekend work with schedules fluctuating around showtimes and events.

Qualifications:
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of Canadian theatre unions, especially the Canadian Actors Equity Association, including its working regulations and contracting details
-Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
-Passion for theatre
-Eye for detail
-Excellent time management
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to work and be on-call evenings and weekends
-Class 5 drivers license
-Experience Microsoft suites
