Description

We are looking for a Humidor Manager at our Urban Cellars Cumberland location.
Cigar & Tobacco experience will be a definite asset. Grocery or Liquor store experience will be required to be considered a candidate for the position.
The chosen candidate will receive full health benefits paid for by the company.
Criminal background check must be provided at the time of application.

Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for overall security of product.
-Oversees the humidor section of the store.
-Provides a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Provides solutions for customers concerns.
-Receiving orders, verifies invoices following the proper procedures.
-Places orders within the budget allowed.
-Completes the opening/ Closing procedures as per the work plans.
- Maintains a balanced float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies
- Faces and displays merchandise
- Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises Management of any discrepancies
- Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all Company policies and procedures
- Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and Company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes
-Assist with overall store operations while on shift including working overstock, putting orders away etc.
-Experience with cigars and tobacco is an asset.

Requirements:
- Must HAVE Open availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be 19+ years of age
- Must have Serving it Right certification
- Must be able to bend, reach and stand for long periods of time with out issue.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs when required without issue
- Must have advanced knowledge of micro soft word and excel
