Seeking a highly qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position would start out part-time with the potential to become full-time. We provide electrical contractor services to the residential and commercial industry.
Your duties could include answering the phone, managing work orders, full cycle accounting, payroll and invoicing. These responsibilities would be shared with the Office Administrator.
You will have a strong working knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and Excel and bring with you a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working with an electrical contractor would be considered an asset
