Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Employment Services Director, the Team Lead accomplishes the Employment Services Units operational objectives by supervising, monitoring, planning, and organizing programs and services. This role oversees unit progress and provides some direct service to clients in emergent circumstances.
Education and Experience
University degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.
Minimum two years verifiable experience in direct supervision in a human service delivery environment.
Experience in securing sponsorships and funding, and working with the local business community to establish strategic partnerships.
Assets:
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale events with high-level attendees.
Strong grant writing skills and the ability to prepare outcome-driven reports.
Experience working on national projects and partnerships.
