Description

As a member of the Site Services team, your skills will play a crucial role in ensuring  our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. Were open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from intermediate to senior. If this sounds like a career path for you, please apply!

Responsibilities:
-Plan, schedule and track progress of all work orders for the Services Group
-Develop, manage and optimize the preventative/predictive maintenance program
-Review and process all completed work orders
-Create, manage and edit Equipment Master Records and Functional Location in SAP
-Provide support in the planning and purchasing of mobile equipment
-Coordinate efforts with Purchasing and Logistics personnel to secure goods and services
-Initialize new site inventory for the maintenance of all mobile equipment and fixed assets
-Develop and maintain equipment BOMs to support equipment managed
-Plan and budget medium and long-term equipment maintenance repair/rebuild schedules
-Provide support in the development of equipment decommissioning strategies
-Review material movement reports to ensure that material expenditures are being allocated appropriately
-Maintain equipment condition monitoring program (oil samples), review / interpretation of results to monitor and anticipate potential component failures
-Manage and monitor status of equipment warranty claims
-Prepare department KPI reporting

Skills and Qualifications:
-Journeyperson Heavy Duty/Industrial Mechanic, Mechanical Technician/Technologist or equivalent experience/training
-5+ years of maintenance planning experience
-Proficient in SAP, particularly in the Plant Maintenance module
-Highly proficient with using Microsoft Excel

Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake
-14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule
-Normally an 11 hour work day
