Description

K&K Glass is looking for an Assistant Manager in our North Battleford location. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, operations, personnel leadership and ensure all targets are met or exceeded for K&K Glass.

Responsibilities:
Sales -
    Maintain exceptional customer service.
    Develop and implement plans to increase market share and profitability to align with objectives.
    Leads account retention activity.
    Proactively manages account relationships.
    Comfortable prospecting new accounts (dealerships, body shops, fleets) via cold calls, account visits etc.
    Effectively communicate and sell our products and services to new and existing accounts.
    Ability to service existing accounts through account management/account retention. Build and maintain meaningful relationships.
    Control store inventory and supply levels
    Accountable for sales, cost of sales etc.
Operational -
    Ensures location follows Company procedures and processes.
People -
    effectively communicates and liaises with internal and external parties.
    Assist managers and back-end staff accordingly.

Requirements:
    Class 5 Drivers License with good driving record
    Solid work ethic and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication skills
    Knowledge of retail and business systems
    Professional Appearance
    Ability to sell and perform in a high-volume environment.
    Knowledge of logistics processes is an asset
    Previous work experience in parts supply and distribution is an asset.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM - Position may require on-call, evenings and weekends
