We are hiring a full-time, permanent social worker or occupational therapist! The PIPS-Enhanced Intensive Case Manager is responsible for a small case load (8-10) of complex mental health clients, who often have co-occurring substance use disorders. You will work with a team that includes a team lead, another ICM, as well as a team of support workers to provide services. ICMs provide help with physical and mental health appointments, housing, social/rec programming, financial management, and other services as required by the client. The ideal candidate will have good crisis-management skills and a strong working knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed, and person-centered philosophies. They will also have good teamwork and leadership skills.

You must have a driver's license and current First Aid/CPR certificate.You do not need to be a Registered Social Worker or Registered Occupational Therapist to apply but you need the ability to become registered should you be offered a position. Phoenix will cover the cost of your registration.

This position works Monday-Friday, 4 days shifts + 1 evening shift (1-pm-9:30pm).
