Full-Time Program Manager-Prince Albert
40 hours per week, working day-time hours. Includes quarterly weekend on-call.
A valid Sask. Full Class 5 Driver's Licence is required.
The Program Manager ensures the overall effectiveness of one or more Karis Disability Services locations. They seek to promote and model Karis Disability Services Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing peoples gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each persons intrinsic value. They implement organizational policy and establishes an environment for supported individuals and employees in keeping with Karis Disability Services Values, Vision, and Mission. The Program Manager is required to assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people who use services, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life.
Requirements:
Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Valid Sask. Full Class 5 Drivers License and access to reliable transportation
Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
Preferred:
Three and a half years in developmental services and six months on the job
Three year Degree-Developmental Services Worker Diploma Preferred
