The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Assist in daily oversight and coordination of Treatment healing sessions and land-based activities, ensuring alignment with WWCs strategic goals;
Provide guidance and support to Treatment staff including orientation, ongoing trainings, and performance evaluations;
Collaborate in the development and implementation of work plans, contributing to the continuous improvement and evaluation of treatment programs;
Plan and administer culturally relevant and holistic treatment to participants in group healing sessions;
Monitor participants treatment progress and monitor their mental status;
Assist in monitoring the Treatment operations, evaluating resource requests, and ensuring efficient use of resources;
Act as a liaison between the treatment staff, participants, and director WWC, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination of activities;
Maintain confidentiality of records relating to participants and treatment plans at all times;
Provide one-on-one counselling to participants;
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Diploma in a related filed (e.g., Mental health and wellness, Health promotion, or Public health)
Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a treatment or health care setting;
Ability to complete reports and communicate effectively through correspondence and procedure manuals;
Must be able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, & SGI Driver Abstract.
