What You'll Be Doing:
As a Front of House Usher, youll be the first point of contact for patrons, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience at the Conexus Arts Centre. From greeting guests to providing directions, your role is essential to delivering top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Guest Assistance: Welcome patrons, provide directions, and answer questions.

Ticket Verification: Check tickets and guide patrons to their seats.

Problem Solving: Address minor issues and escalate any complaints to supervisors.

Crowd Management: Ensure smooth flow of guests and provide helpful information during events.

Friendly & Approachable: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with guests.

Attentive & Alert: Ability to stay focused and assist patrons efficiently.

Customer Service: Deliver excellent service by providing clear directions and helpful information. Represent the Conexus Arts Centre as a welcoming and professional face of the venue.
