What You'll Be Doing:
As a part of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution and supervision of events by:

Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness throughout the Centre.
Setting up tables, chairs, risers, plants, and more as required for events.
Washing, stripping, and waxing floors to ensure they gleam with perfection.
Performing all janitorial and general cleaning duties to create a pristine and inviting  atmosphere.

Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will play a pivotal role in making every event at Conexus Arts Centre a remarkable experience for our guests.

To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience leading a diverse team. Ability to direct the work of other employees
A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail.
The ability to follow and interpret  client requests and house order requirements to ensure event setups are flawless.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
