Description

What youll do:  
As the Crop Inputs Manager, you will be the face of Living Sky Co-op within the communities we serve, delivering world-class customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Providing knowledge, support, and services of agronomic products to Living Sky Co-op.
    Providing agronomic information and advice on seed, pest identification, crop protection, and crop nutrient/fertilizer.
    Manage farm customer service responsibilities including field scouting, agronomic troubleshooting, crop planning, fertility and crop protection recommendations.
    Execute operational support, lead field tours, informational meetings, trials, communications plans, etc.
    Develop relationships and have direct and regular contact with internal and external customers, contractors and suppliers on increasingly complex queries, issues and transactions.
    Ensures a prompt, efficient, and friendly customer experience for both internal and external customers is always provided.
    Required to maintain the confidentiality required of the position and demonstrate high morals and business ethics.
    Required to demonstrate a willingness to support and devote attention to business needs outside of regularly scheduled hours if necessary.
