Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, coating, or finishing by blasting them with abrasive materials. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate sandblast equipment to clean, prepare, and finish surfaces of various materials.
- Inspect surfaces to identify areas requiring sandblast and ensure even and thorough coverage.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment. PPE is provided.
- Maintain and clean sandblasting equipment as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sandblaster or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of sandblasting equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks, including lifting and operating heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in various outdoor environments
- Ability to run heavy equipment
