Building maintenance - service and repair
On call every 3wks, for 1 week.
Benefits and Pension

Mechanical, Plumbing, Heating, some Electrical
Vacancy preparation- refurbish suites - painting, flooring and cleaning.
Grounds maintenance - Grass mowing, Snow Removal with skid steer, snowblowers, and shovels
Maintaining equipment, vehicles and inventory.
Communication with tenants, co-workers, trades and suppliers.
Working in confined spaces...Crawlspaces
