The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Air Ambulance in Saskatoon, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for a term position to provide part-time flight operations administrative support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations including flight following, processing invoices, accurately referencing and applying relevant policies such as fatigue management and performing general office procedures such as data entry, filing and verification of spreadsheet details. Microsoft Office knowledge and experience with word processing and Excel spreadsheets is essential. An aviation background and/or terminology knowledge would be an asset. This is a shift-work position that includes shifts on nights and weekends.
As a Flight Operations Assistant, the incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills as the duties include answering phones and responding to inquiries by flight crew, maintenance, medical staff, colleagues and the general public.
A driver's license is an asset.
