Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs, providing information on available inventory, conducting test drives, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
-Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
-Provide information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
-Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
-Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
-Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory and promotions
-Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
-Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
-Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings
-Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory

Qualifications:
-Bilingual skills (English/ANOTHER) preferred but not required
-Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or dealership environment is a plus
-Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
-Proven track record in sales or outside sales is advantageous
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
