he Manager, HR Services and Total Rewards provides leadership, oversight and guidance to the Payroll, Benefits and HR Systems team, overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of all processes relating to payroll processing, pension and benefits management, HRIS optimization and delivery, HR analytics and reporting.
This role will also play a pivotal role in managing the total rewards portfolio. This includes contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies and architecture that align with our company's goals and values. The Manager will bring expertise in analyzing market trends, evaluating employee needs, and collaborating with various stakeholders within the HR team and the larger organization.
