As the Manager of Destination Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of tourism and events in our vibrant city. Reporting to the Director of Destination Stewardship, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative activation and visitor service plans that elevate our city's profile as a top travel destination.
In this dynamic role, you will lead a variety of high-impact tourism and event projects, from activating Tourism Regina events to creating compelling travel content that captivates and engages audiences. Youll build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the tourism industry, driving collaboration and engagement to foster growth.
As a leader within our team, youll manage the daily operations of the branch, make critical decisions that impact programs and services, and guide a talented team to achieve exceptional results.
