Description

Support the pre-hire requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's) across the region. Our proven products and services provide businesses with powerful HR technology to improve testing, hiring and onboarding processes. Be able to identify the 'right' people to hire or promote.  Hiring is a Process, Not an Event!

For over 20 years, SmartHire has been a licensed distributor of Hiring and OnBoarding systems, Psychometric Assessments, Skill Tests, and Pre-Screening and Backgrounding Services. These products, individually or combined, simplifies the hiring process.

We seek your expertise, as a Solutions Expert, to determine the products/services which would enhance client's existing processes.

This role will be a combination of:
Presentation/Sales Activity (50%)
Marketing Strategies/Business Development (15%)
Account Management (15%)
Customer Support (10%)
Administrative Tasks (10%)
The Assessment Tools include Aptitude, Motivation, Personality, or Technical Skills. These authored tests and assessments have been successfully utilized in the Hospitality, Big Box Retail, Banking, Manufacturing, Government, Mining, and Not-for-Profit industries (to name a few). Partnering with some of the biggest names in hiring technology, these assessments can also be integrated into various HRIS platforms.
The Applicant Tracking and OnBoarding systems are often recognized as time savers, improving efficiency and accuracy. They are dependable, reliable, predicable, repeatable!
A full cycle CRM, VoIP communication systems, and existing and initial prospect lists are provided.

Sales/consulting experience in an outside sales environment
