We are looking to fill the position of Applied Research Coordinator in Estevan. Join our dynamic team dedicated to driving impactful applied research and sustainability initiatives.

This role involves identifying and pursuing applied research opportunities, preparing funding applications, and leading research projects. It requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, coordinating sustainability initiatives, managing data collection and analysis, developing communication materials, and reporting on progress while ensuring adherence to policies and budgets.

The position will supervise staff, ensure ongoing support and evaluations, address departmental issues, and monitor budget expenditures.

The candidate must be prepared to schedule hours of work according to the demands of the position, including weekends and evenings if necessary

Qualifications:
The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree and over two years of field-based research experience, including staff supervision. Candidates should possess project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, proposal writing abilities, and strong communication skills. Experience in cross-cultural environments and knowledge of applied research is essential.
