Description

The Lead Hand/Maintenance Foreman will provide centrally delivered maintenance and fabrication projects to all locations.

General Responsibilities
Supervision and scheduling of facilities and shop technicians
Completion of centrally delivered facility and equipment maintenance fabrication projects
Emergency response to system, equipment, or structural problems
Assistance to trade persons
Assistance to in barn maintenance staff
Comply with all Biosecurity protocols
Maintain a safe work environment
Leave all work sites clean and tidy
Attend centrally organized training programs.
Rotational responsibilities for weekend, first line response
Other duties as required

Education/Experience Required
Mechanical, welding and woodworking experience.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or fabrication
Ability to work independently, be safety conscious, and self starter
Effective time management and supervisory skills
Hold a valid drivers license
