Description

Design and implement comprehensive training programs and resources for internal agronomists, field staff and customers, focusing on the latest agronomic practices, technologies, and innovations.
Lead the annual SynergyAG Agronomy Summit, workshops, seminars, and on-site training sessions to educate team members and customers, on best practices in crop management, soil health, pest control and sustainable farming techniques.
Continuously update training materials and resources to reflect the latest research and advancements in agronomy and agriculture.
Provide on-the-ground support and guidance to agronomists and customers.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and field performance metrics; refine training strategies
Work closely with the supplier contracts and Lead, Precision Agronomy to stay informed on the latest agricultural innovations and integrate them into training programs.
Coach sales team on agronomy, soil and tissue testing, innovation and Sales Process.
Operating within the Customers for Life sales process, serve as a resource for customers, providing expert advice and recommendation
Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement to management.  
Represent SynergyAG at external meetings, conferences, and tours to stay current on industry offerings and trends.
Contribute to the on-line social media strategy, providing scientific information on selected topics, as required.
Develop, maintain, and manage a schedule for the conduction of SynergyAG research (growth chamber, customer trials, etc.).  
Degree in agriculture, crop science, or related science discipline (soil and crop science, ideally).
Minimum of five years of experience in agronomy, strong focus on training and knowledge transfer.
