Were looking for aninquisitive and detail-orientedperson to come on board as our Lead Business Intelligence Analyst at our 2375 College Avenue location in Regina, Saskatchewan. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver advanced business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to enhance the financial well-being of Conexus members, while also offering technical guidance to the Business Intelligence Analyst.

Your time:
Creating and developing BI solutions, including the creation, modification, and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Conducting in-depth ad hoc analyses using SQL and other tools to address immediate business needs and uncover valuable insights.
Building and maintaining complex reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable information to stakeholders across the organization.
Supporting stakeholders by collaborating with business units to gather requirements, define key performance indicators, and ensure BI solutions meet their specific needs.

Your experience:
Relevant post-secondary education in computer science, mathematics, or other quantitative fields.
5+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, with a focus on building and delivering BI solutions.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Experience with one or more of the following: SQL Server, Oracle, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy.
