Essential Job Functions:
1. Ensure proper processes are in place to maintain ISO quality standards
2. Assign/delegate responsibility for specified work
3. Give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules, and set deadlines
4. Ensure adequate training of staff and employee compliance
5. Monitor and analyze costs and prepare department budget
6. Monitor day to day production
7. Ensure optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment
8. Establish production and work closely with the quality department
9. Evaluate and recommend plant layout changes
10. Review, analyze, and prepare reports, records, and directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required
11. Implement techniques and processes that will drive improvements
12. Plan and direct all production activities under supervision of Operations Manager

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft tools
Experience in manufacturing
Supervisor experience
Experience participating in and leading Kaizen events
