To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Inventory Administrator to join our fast-paced, energetic organization. This position is a full-time role and can be based out of any of our Pattison Agriculture locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting company wide sales departments by maintaining all Complete Goods and Shortline inventory transactions, documentation, reports and records related to new and used equipment.
Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
- Collection and tracking of inventory data
- Performing financial entries relating to complete goods
- Updating dealer business systems, while providing expertise and support
- Administration of sales incentive rebates
- Building reports and providing audit support
Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you:
- Have 2+ years of accounting and inventory control experience
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Are comfortable with different software systems and internet applications
- Work well in a team environment
- Have a minimum Grade 12 education
