As we expand our footprint and explore continued innovation in service of our customers, we seek a dynamic and agile Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive team in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Position Overview:
As the CFO, you will be a key strategic partner, providing financial oversight and leadership for the organization and leading a finance and administration team of seven. In this multi-faceted position, you will ensure the integrity of our financial position and systems while guiding our growth trajectory through mergers, acquisitions, and by architecting the management of capital and multiple entities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the sustainable growth of the company with diverse business interests at the same time as owning all aspects of financial management for the organization. You will be at the forefront of our expansion, working with a talented and dedicated team and making impactful decisions that shape our future.

Education and Experience:
    CPA designation
    10-15 years of relevant experience with a blend of public accounting and industry experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
    Track record with growth and scaling businesses and managing multiple entities
    Experience with mergers and acquisitions considered an asset
    Experience in implementing and working with ERP systems; familiarity with Discovery Solutions is considered an asset.
