Job Description:
Brandt is currently looking to fill an Advertising Account Coordinator position in our Regina, SK location.

As an Advertising Account Coordinator, youll be a vital support to the Account Management team by assisting with tactical advertising campaigns and other initiatives. Duties:
- Work collaboratively with Account Management team to assist in tactical and logistical steps required for a successful project
- Ensure progressive stages of tactical executions are planned and approved with adequate time for completion
- Work with internal clients to gain necessary information for projects
- Manage stakeholder expectations in relation to internal team capacities and project deliverables
- Organize and maintain necessary records, including initiating paperwork for all projects
- Work with members of our creative team to develop advertising materials
- Coordinate media placements shipping creative, ensuring all specs are accurate, etc.
- Work with various vendors for final stage production pieces
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal clients and external vendors
- Monitor and report on project statuses to various stakeholders
