Description

Primrose Livestock is a dynamic and innovative agricultural operation specializing in the production of crops including canola, barley, oats, and corn. Our farm utilizes both dry land and irrigated areas to maximize yield and efficiency. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Equipment Operator to join our team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced farming technology in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain high-tech farm machinery and equipment.
Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment.
Monitor crop health and report any issues to the management team.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Three or more years of farming experience
Perform planting, cultivating, and crop harvesting activities
Attention to detail and problem solving
Ability to work independently and be part of a team
Willingness to learn
Perform general farming duties

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Proven experience as a high-tech farm machine operator.
Strong understanding of modern agricultural practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3 to 5 year farming experience
Good mechanical skills and basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet browsers)
