SaskTel is looking for a Care Centre Technology expert!

The role of this System Analyst position is part of a team which is responsible for the SaskTel Care Centre tools. As the System Analyst along with programmer analysts will be responsible to diagnose and resolve application problems, implement solutions for our customers, and design customer specific solutions. The Systems Analyst will have the opportunity to utilize multiple tools to monitor to ensure optimum performance and to assist in troubleshooting issues. The Systems Analyst will work internally and with vendors to research emerging technologies and evaluate products. Having a candidate with experience in the Care Centre environment and Genesys Platform would be an asset for the position.


POSITION OVERVIEW

Provides solutions using computer applications and systems based on business requirements. Designs and directs the development, installation, enhancement and support of complex computer systems. Directs programming staff. Administers IT resources allocated to projects.
