Choose Life Ministry is a non-profit faith based residential rehabilitation home for women ages 18+ in rural Saskatchewan. The Homestead for Hope is where we offer help to those struggling with addiction, abuse and other life altering struggles. Second Chance Thrift Boutiques are incorporated under Choose Life Ministry to help offset the cost of the residents who need to enter the program at the Homestead for Hope. All funds made at the Boutiques go directly to changing lives.


SECOND CHANCE THRIFT STORE MANAGER
Schedule Staff.
Manage Employees.
Complete Regular performance reviews.
Train Employees and Volunteers. Implementing store policies and procedures.
Reports to Store Area Manager.
Inventory Control  both store display areas and storage areas.
Overall Store Management  Displays, Systems, Administration.
Assign Daily Duties to store staff.
Daily Sales Sheets  input store sales.
Purchase Basic Store Supplies as needed.
