The Director, Facilities & Fleet, is responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and continuous improvement of the Citys fleet and facilities portfolio. This includes leading strategies for acquiring, maintaining, disposing and safeguarding of city facilities and fleet assets, managing capital projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. As a member of the Citys senior leadership team, the Director plays a vital role in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and people leadership while safeguarding City assets and promoting innovation and sustainability in operations.
