The Facility Supervisor is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of a single facility, supervising a team of 10 staff members. This position ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the facility by combining leadership with active participation in maintenance tasks. The role requires technical expertise, excellent team management skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of facility staff.
* Provide feedback and coaching to the facilities team.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
* Effectively identify and resolve any maintenance issues and small projects.
* Adhere to daily and weekly preventative maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operation of the location.
* Perform daily maintenance of a commercial pool.
* Perform basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Undertake projects such as building, repairing, and installing structures and furniture.
* Patch, paint and drywall as required.
* Maintain outdoor spaces, including lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and debris removal.

Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance role with supervisory responsibilities.
* Experience with a commercial pool is an asset.
* Pool Operators certification or willingness to obtain.
* Valid Class 5 drivers license and access to a personal vehicle for transportation between locations.
* Criminal Record Check prior to first day of work and dated no more than 3 months before hire date.
