d3h Hotels Inc. is hiring a permanent full-time position for Renovation Coordinator. An on-site supervisor for a multi-property hotel renovation.  This position will be based in Saskatoon with extensive travel required to properties in Saskatchewan & Alberta.

Responsibilities
Open communication with the Head Office as well as the staff on site, to ensure organizing of the various stages of the project are on schedule.
Scheduling & support for sub-contractors, ensuring all work is completed in the expected timeframe.
Provide specific site construction expertise, ensuring that expectations of ownership are met regarding the quality of the work completed.
Able to read and understand blueprints.
Ensure safety concerns or disruptions are identified & mitigated as the worksites will still be in operation to the public during the renovation.
Drywall repair, installation, and mudding/taping.
Review, monitor, and rectify any deficiencies in the work being completed.
Must possess a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle to use at work.
Can lift +75 lbs

Areas of Experience
Experienced in a field coordinator/site supervisor role, including crew supervisor.
Extensive knowledge & expertise in construction processes
Proficient general carpentry skills
Highly organized & detail oriented
. Responsible for ensuring the project remains on schedule and on budget
Strong communication skills
