The Housing & Office/Admin Support role works one day a week. Until October/November 2025, this role will also include every third Friday.
Regular duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with phoning applicants, scheduling appointments, showing suites and conducting tours, and record keeping.
Assist with maintaining active and inactive filing systems.
Provide coverage for front desk duties and reception in the absence of the Administrative Assistant, when other coverage personnel are not available.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Other duties as required.
