As a Service Writer, youll be the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Youll work closely with our technicians to communicate services and repairs clearly, reinforcing our values of transparency and honesty.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with care, ensuring they feel valued.
Manage phone calls/emails, addressing service inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage service workflows.
Document customer concerns and vehicle information for technicians.
Provide accurate, transparent cost estimates and timelines.
Update customers on vehicle status throughout service.
Professionally handle customer concerns and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate service records and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements:
Automotive repair knowledge and experience required.
Service Writer or similar role experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Positive, professional attitude with a focus on satisfaction.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to stand for extended periods in a physically demanding environment.
