Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Medical Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient care with strong interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate should be able to book patients for
medical appointments, send bills to third-party insurance, type
dictated notes and all documentation as required (typing speed of not less than 45 wpm), order office supplies as approved, and see to the
general running of the office, etc. Office administration or Medical Office Assistant holder may be preferable but not mandatory. Strong customer/Patient service skills are mandatory for this job

Key Responsibilities
               Patient Interaction:
               Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
               Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
               Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documents.

-Ability to track patient labs and diagnostics as ordered by the physician, following up to enhance better patient healthcare experience and outcome

-Ability to use Microsoft Office with a minimum typing speed of 45WPM
-Ability to work under pressure when required
-Ability to address patient's concerns over the phone or seek further advice if unable to.
-Ability to ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to the patients
Ability to keep a calendar of the day-to-day activities of the medical office
