We have partnered with a long-standing client in search of a Branch Manager for their operation in Regina. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clients Regina branch, ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, and strong team leadership.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, business development, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and enhance the companys market presence in Regina.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary - $80 - $85K
Variable compensation - 10% of net profit at the end of the year
Cell phone allowance of $50/ month
Vehicle Allowance: $500 per month plus gas expenses related to business travel.
Expenses: All company-related expenses are reimbursed as per company policy.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Lead and drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed branch revenue targets.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand customer base and market share.
Branch Operations & Leadership:
Report directly to Executive Management on branch performance, sales, and growth initiatives.
Team Management & Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor branch employees, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Provide leadership and motivation to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales management or business development, preferably in the audiovisual or technology industry.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Inlands growth objectives.
