Description

The cook will be primarily responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes for in-person orders, online orders through platforms such as Uber Eats and Skip The Dishes and catering orders for events at churches and households. This includes determining portion sizes, estimating food requirements and costs, and accommodating specific requirements for large catering orders with custom-made menus. The role also involves supervising kitchen helpers, overseeing kitchen operations, and preparing an inventory list that requires refills. Throughout all tasks, the cook must uphold high quality, safety,andhygiene standards.
