Brandt is currently looking for a HRIS Analyst that has at least 3 years' experience implementing and managing UKG systems, in our Regina location. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of UKG software within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT,
and senior leadership to ensure the UKG system meets our business needs, improves HR processes, and enhances overall employee experience. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, strong project management skills, and proficiency in UKG software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, enabling them to effectively query and analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support HR operations and strategic initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Collaborate with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to gather requirements, define system workflows, and
develop a comprehensive and user-friendly implementation plan.
*Conduct thorough system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any technical or functional issues.
*Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics and employee data.
*Documenting processes and compiling data analysis reports.
*Utilize SQL to write and execute complex queries, extract data, and perform data analysis.
*Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support HR decision-making.
*Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries.
*Support the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs and resources for HR staff and
system users.
