Description

We are a well-established construction company specializing in residential and commercial renovations. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. This position offers a variety of exciting projects, from custom finish carpentry to full-scale renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform renovations, including framing, drywall, and finish carpentry.
Install cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, baseboards, and other finish carpentry details.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision.
Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
Work effectively with other team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
Occasionally travel for out-of-town work (expenses covered by the company).
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a carpenter, with a focus on renovations and finish carpentry.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and plans.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Own basic carpentry tools (company may provide additional tools).
Out-of-town travel availability (occasionally required).
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry apprenticeship or formal training is a plus.
