What You will Do: As a Human Resources Associate, you'll play a key role in our commitment to excellence by managing HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, WCB, benefits administration, and employee relations. Youll ensure compliance with company policies, collective agreements, and relevant federal and provincial regulations.
What Were Looking For:
A Business Diploma (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience in a healthcare and unionized environment is a plus
Experience in human resources and payroll administration
A high level of confidentiality and ethical standards
